McGrath SJ8015 Digital Lever Tubular Smart Lock - 60/70mm Backset
The McGrath SJ8015 is a compact 4-in-1 digital lever lock designed for standard stile timber and aluminium doors in residential, office, and light commercial applications. Its smaller lock body makes it suitable where a discreet, space-efficient smart lock is preferred, and it is supplied with an adjustable 60/70mm tubular latch ready to fit common Australian door preparations.
Access is managed through the McGrath Locks App using Bluetooth as standard, allowing control via PIN codes, RFID access cards or tags, Bluetooth eKeys, and a mechanical key override. Optional Wi-Fi remote access is available when paired with a compatible McGrath Locks gateway. For a double-sided lever variant suited to external gates, see the McGrath Ascot; for a deadbolt-only option on the same 60/70mm platform, see the McGrath X3.
Usually same day if ordered before 11am AEST (excluding weekends and QLD public holidays).

Frequently Asked Questions
No. The SJ8015 is a 4-in-1 lock: PIN keypad, RFID card/tag, Bluetooth eKey, and mechanical key override. It does not offer fingerprint, palm, or face recognition. If you need a fingerprint deadbolt on the same platform, see the McGrath Kedron.
The SJ8015 ships with an adjustable tubular latch set to either 60mm or 70mm backset - the two most common Australian door preparations. Replacement latches are available (adjustable 60/70mm, fixed 60mm, fixed 70mm). See Measuring Your Lock Backset.
Not on its own - the lock uses Bluetooth locally. Add a compatible McGrath gateway for remote unlocking and management from anywhere. See the gateway comparison.
Yes. The lever is reversible to suit left or right-handed doors. If you are unsure of your door's handing, see Understanding Door Handing in Australia.
The external housing is rated IP65, suiting sheltered external doorways. It is not intended for fully exposed positions subject to driving rain or continuous direct weather. A porch, patio, or covered entry is ideal.
Additional Information
The SJ8015 is a lever-handle lock supplied with a tubular latch, so it operates the door via its lever and latch rather than a deadbolt. It can also be installed with a mortice lock body if your door preparation requires one (mortice not supplied).
