Schlage Breeze Keypad Controller to Suit Omnia Locks - BLE, IP66, Black
The Schlage Breeze Keypad Controller (BZ300) is a wired access-control unit that brings keyless entry to a door alongside Schlage Omnia and Schlage eGO smart locks. It combines a touch keypad, a card reader and Bluetooth app access, and drives a relay output to release an electric strike or magnetic lock.
Managed through Schlage Breeze or Schlage Breeze Hotel software, the controller lets a site issue PINs, key tags and app credentials, and adds a second access point to any Breeze-managed door. Its aluminium frame and tempered glass panel carry an IP66 rating for exposed installations.
The controller is powered from a 9 to 16V DC supply (12V DC nominal) and wires directly to the locking device, exit button and door bell. It is an access controller, not a door lock in itself.

Installation & Wiring
The keypad controller mounts to a wall or door frame on the supplied mounting plate. It wires to the power source, the locking device (electric strike or magnetic lock), an exit button and an optional door bell. A typical layout is shown below.

Schlage door hardware is covered by the Allegion residential warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the periods shown below, running from the date of purchase. Cover varies by product range and by component (mechanical, finish and electronics), so please check the row that matches your product.
Warranty Summary
* On selected electronic locks, Schlage extends a Limited Lifetime mechanical and finish warranty and a 3-year Limited electronics warranty to the original consumer user, for as long as that user occupies the residential premises where the product was originally installed. How to Make a Claim
- Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation or tax invoice) from Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries.
- Contact us first through the Returns & Warranty page to lodge your claim and receive return instructions.
- Provide a description of the fault. Allegion may inspect the installation before removal and may require the product to be returned for inspection, freight prepaid, as set out in the manufacturer's terms.
- Once assessed, the defective product will be repaired or replaced, or the purchase price refunded, at the warranty provider's option.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Deterioration of decorative finishes, unless that finish is specifically listed in the product warranty above.
- Defects or damage caused, wholly or partly, by failure to properly install or maintain the goods, or failure to follow Schlage's instructions or guidelines.
- Use of the goods for any application other than the one specified on the accepted quote or order form.
- Continued use of the goods after a defect has become apparent, or would have become apparent to a reasonably prudent user.
- Fair wear and tear, or any accident or act of God.
- Any goods that have been repaired, altered or overhauled without Allegion's consent - the warranty ceases in that case.
Allegion is not liable for any delay in replacing, repairing or assessing a claim, and is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of warranty. For goods not manufactured by Allegion, the warranty is the manufacturer's current warranty, to the extent it can be transferred to the buyer.
