Master Lock Vault Enterprise
The 6400ENT Pro Series is managed through the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app, available on iOS and Android as well as a web interface. Vault Enterprise is Master Lock's business platform for managing many locks and many users - assigning access to individuals or groups on a temporary or ongoing basis and reviewing robust audit trails. Battery & Power
The 6400ENT runs on a single CR2 battery, supplied and easy to replace. The padlock and the app both provide a low battery notification and reminder. Master Lock applies different warranty terms depending on the type of product:
- Many mechanical padlocks and security products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — if the product or a part fails due to such a defect during the life of the product, it is replaced free of charge.
- Electronic, Bluetooth and smart lock products (for example the Vault-connected range) generally carry a fixed-term warranty, the length of which varies by model.

How to Make a Claim
- Contact Terry’s Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries with your order details and a description of the fault.
- Have your proof of purchase ready — it is required for every claim.
