HID SIO-Enabled UHF Long Range Contactless Card - Programmed by HID - White
The HID SIO-Enabled UHF Long Range Card (600TGGAN) is a white ISO card from HID for vehicle gates and car parks. Fixed inside the windscreen, it is read by the HID iCLASS SE U90 long range reader from up to 5 metres away, so a driver does not have to reach out and present a card.
Each card is programmed to your site before dispatch - your card format, facility code and numbers - by HID, and programming is included in the price. We collect your site's details on an order form after you order and pass them on to HID. The minimum order is 100 cards, and this is a special order item.
These cards are programmed to suit your access control system before they are sent, and programming is included in the price. The programming is done by HID before the cards are shipped. After your order is placed, you will be asked to complete a separate order form with your site's details, and we cannot send your cards until we have it. To avoid delays, have the following ready:
- Card format - 26-bit (H10301) is the most common; tell us if your site uses another format
- Facility / Site Code - the facility or site code your panel is set up for
- Start Number and End Number - the number range you need, chosen so it does not clash with credentials already in use
- Offset (if any)
- ICE / Elite Key (if any) - only where your site runs its own HID Elite key
- Order quantity and a site reference (if applicable)
This card is ordered in and programmed by HID for you - contact us for an estimated dispatch time before you order.
These cards are made and programmed by HID to order. The store is set to a minimum purchase quantity of 100, so a smaller quantity cannot be ordered.

Suitable Uses
- Vehicle access at boom gates, sliding gates and car parks fitted with the HID iCLASS SE U90 long range reader.
- Fleets and tenants who should not have to wind a window down to present a card.
- Sites that want a secure UHF credential and not an open EPC tag.
Door readers - Seos, iCLASS, MIFARE and 125 kHz readers do not read a UHF card; this card carries UHF only. Lanyards - the card has no slot punch. Direct-to-card printers - HID does not recommend direct to card printing on its UHF cards. Vehicles with a tinted or heated windscreen, which HID says may reduce the read range.

Frequently Asked Questions
The HID iCLASS SE U90 long range reader. It does not work on door readers - this card carries UHF only.
HID programs it to your site's details before it is shipped. After you order we send you a short order form, pass your details on and send the cards to you when they arrive. The minimum order is 100 cards.
Inside the windscreen, in a card mount. HID's U90 user guide says to keep the mount at least 2 inches (about 50 mm) from the edge of the windscreen and at least 2 inches below any conductive tinted band, and not to leave the card behind a reflective sun shade, because the heat can damage it.
No. It is supplied without a slot punch and is made to sit in a windscreen card mount.
Yes, if the reader reads SIO-enabled UHF cards and the card is programmed for your site. Contact us with your reader model before you order - UHF credentials are not interchangeable with door cards, and readers are made for different regional radio bands.
Additional Information
- Have your details ready. A card works only once its format, facility code and number range match what your access control panel expects.
- Windscreens vary. HID says tinted or heated windscreens may reduce the read range, and points to the vehicle's manual for where a credential can go.
- Reader bands. HID makes the U90 for more than one regional radio band, so contact us before you order and we will confirm the reader and cards suit your site.
- Elite and Corporate 1000 sites. If your site runs its own HID Elite key or is on HID's Corporate 1000 program, tell us before you order so the cards can be matched to it.
- Minimum order and lead time. The minimum order is 100 cards. This is a special order item, programmed by HID overseas for your site, so contact us for an estimated dispatch time before you order.

HID Warranty
HID branded readers, credentials and accessories are covered by warranties issued by HID Global Corporation and its affiliated entities (part of ASSA ABLOY), distributed in Australia by LSC. Most HID readers and HID-branded credentials carry lifetime cover; a small number of specific models and accessories carry a fixed term instead.
The summary below sets out HID's published warranty structure. All warranty claims are handled by Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries. Full terms and exclusions are set out in the official HID Global Warranty Policy linked at the base of this page.
Warranty Summary
Understanding "Lifetime" Cover
HID's published policy uses the term "Lifetime Warranty Period" without defining it further - it is not stated as a fixed number of years, "for the life of the product", or "as long as you own it". It applies for as long as HID continues to honour that stated period under its published policy.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries with your proof of original purchase and a description of the fault.
- Where a claim needs to be escalated, HID requires written notice from the end customer within the applicable warranty period - we handle this notification on your behalf.
- HID's remedy, at its own option, is to repair the product, replace it, or issue a credit towards a future purchase.
- Postage, insurance and shipping costs to present hardware for warranty assessment are the end customer's responsibility under HID's policy - we'll advise what's needed before anything is sent.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover, and will be voided by, any of the following:
- Installation by anyone other than HID or an HID-authorised installer
- Use other than as authorised in HID's own documentation
- Modification, alteration or repair by a party other than HID
- Combination with hardware, operating systems or tools not provided by HID
- Accident, neglect, misuse or negligence
- Upgrades, evaluation units and demonstration units
- Consumables - batteries, paper, pads, cleaning solution, towels, cartridges and cables
Important Notes
This manufacturer warranty applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
HID's published policy states the warranty is solely for the benefit of the original end customer. Products purchased through Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites are covered as supplied - contact us in the first instance for any claim rather than approaching HID directly.
A small number of HID accessories (such as certain Signo mounting plates and wall spacers) are not individually named in HID's published policy. Where this applies, contact us to confirm the term that applies to your specific item before relying on the Lifetime cover shown above for readers.
